I am a maintenance and turnaround leader with 17+ years of experience in the petrochemical industry, specializing in turnaround planning, maintenance management, project execution, and commissioning of complex rotary and static equipment.Currently serving as Head – Turnaround Planning for Petrochemical Site(C2 & Rubber Complex) at Reliance Industries Limited (Jamnagar), I lead site-wide turnaround strategy across multiple plants, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective shutdown execution. My role involves integrated planning, multi-year strategy development, contractor and resource optimization, and digital transformation of planning processes.Previously, Worked as Maintenance Manager across ROGC, MEG, ASU, TF, and LDPE plants, I led multidisciplinary teams to deliver high equipment reliability, asset life-cycle improvements, and major CAPEX/OPEX optimization. I have successfully managed mega shutdowns (1.4M+ manhours), Turbine, MAC, hyper compressor overhauls, and the commissioning of the world’s largest LDPE plant (400 KTA).I am passionate about building high-performing teams, embedding RCM/FMEA-driven reliability practices, and leveraging digital tools (SAP PM/MM, Primavera P6, MS Project, GE-APM) to deliver sustainable operational excellence.
