Data point of contact for Cisco Benefits, providing delivery and operational support for U.S. and select international benefit programs. Primary focus on 401(k), Deferred Comp, FSA/HSA, and overall accuracy of employee data. Conduct routine auditing of new hire, terminations, and other indicative data to ensure successful processing of HR data feeds to benefit vendors. Liaison between IT groups and vendors for file integration issues. Partner with third-party benefit administrators in resolving individual cases/employee inquiries as well as delivery of benefit plan information and communications. Key role in annual open enrollment processes including portal content, benefits call center testing, and and partnering with I.T. to ensure successful transmission of enrollment elections to Workday and ADP systems. Consult with ERISA attorney and benefit vendors in coordinating liquidation dates of 401(k) plan terminations from acquired companies’ retirement plans. Lead 401(k) plan mergers for acquisitions, monitoring the entire transfer of assets in addition to Form 5500 filing and plan auditing. Take appropriate action on HSA/FSA discrepancies. Review and resolve balance recons from G/L team as well as Payroll and Benefit vendor on contribution accuracy. Program owner of Cisco\'s employee discount program - coordinating with exclusive discount vendors on on-site visits and Perks-at-Work advertisements. Establish relationships with cross-functional teams as well as outside partners across multiple offices and geographies worldwide.
