ABOUT MILAN TOMY
I am a Mechanical Engineer graduated from St. Joseph\'s College of Engineering and Technology, Palai. I am passionate about designing and experimenting with new technologies and systems that solve real-world problems, using Autodesk Fusion 360 and Microsoft Excel as my main tools. I have gained valuable skills and experience through my involvement in various projects and internships. As a Campus Ambassador for Internship Studio, I promoted and facilitated online learning opportunities for engineering students across India. I enjoy learning new things and constantly upgrading my skills by trying out new designs and understanding the concepts behind them. My goal is to pursue a career in mechanical design and engineering that challenges me and allows me to apply my creativity and skills. • Please read my hobbies! My creative journey began in childhood, where I loved dismantling toys, extracting motors, and connecting them to batteries to see my own creations come to life. As I grew older, this curiosity evolved into a fascination with understanding how things work and designing objects from scratch—turning a simple piece of material into something functional and meaningful. Occasionally, I indulge in playing football, drawn by the teamwork and coordination it requires to achieve something remarkable as a unit. When it comes to entertainment, I prefer reading over watching. Starting with Balarama, a Malayalam comic book that fueled my imagination, I transitioned to motivational books and romantic stories, enjoying the process of creating worlds in my mind rather than relying on someone else’s vision. I also enjoy hiking, as the thrill and danger it offers make it an exciting escape. An uncommon passion of mine is spending hours with my laptop, sketching and designing items inspired by the small objects in my home—finding joy in giving shape to my imagination.
