I\'m the Director of Engineering & Delivery at HTEC Group, where I help companies figure out what tech they actually need (vs. what they think they want) and then make it happen.After 10+ years in this space, I\'ve gotten pretty good at translating between business and engineering. I work with teams across different continents to build solutions that actually solve problems—not just check boxes. These days, I\'m focused on making AI real for businesses starting with understanding abilities of AI, prioritizing use cases through ROI and strategically deploying AI engineering teams.My approach is simple: build strong engineering teams, focus on what delivers real value, and don\'t overcomplicate things. I\'ve led cross-functional teams through major transformations and learned that the best solutions usually come from getting the right people in a room and letting them do what they do best.Currently navigating two exciting challenges: adapting to life in the US and diving deep into the AI revolution—both require constant learning, which is exactly how I like it.
