Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes: purchase requisitions, PO creation, invoice verification, PO/Non-PO matching, GRN checks, and vendor payments.Handle full-cycle AP operations including invoice receipt, 2-way/3-way matching, approvals, and disbursements.Perform 3-way matching (PO, GRN, and vendor invoice) to ensure accuracy prior to payment processing.Process PO and Non-PO invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls.Execute daily AP transactions, including invoice verification, classification, and posting.Support Accounts Receivable (AR) activities: client billing, collections follow-up, and AR aging analysis.Calculated and processed credit notes for pricing discrepancies, product returns, short supplies, and service adjustments.Sell-In Specialists, Project Teams, and Sales Management to support operations with national and regional distributors.Update stock information on the Global Sales Portal (GSP) regularly.Prepare weekly/monthly AP aging, GR/IR reports, and other MIS reports for management.Maintain and update vendor master data; reconciled vendor statements monthly to ensure accuracy.Apply basic knowledge of GST (intra/interstate) and TDS on service transactions.Assist internal and external auditors during audits by providing required documents and reconciliations.
