About Milan Patel
As an aspiring double major in Finance and Real Estate, I aim to excel in my communication and leadership skills. Throughout my time in college, I hope to use my work ethic to enhance these skills to help achieve my goals. In my Freshman year of college and the summer preceding freshman year, I\'ve found myself having to be a leader in different environments than I faced in high school. I\'ve found myself in leadership positions at my summer job working from the front desk to being a leader in class groups working towards turning in quality work in a timely manner. My communication skills have definitely improved after experience working at a hotel and working in groups in college. I find myself a brief but effective communicator. I strive to get the most out of every opportunity I\'m given, never taking anything for granted. Despite struggles, early on in my college career, these setbacks have only given me the opportunity to show improvement. I believe this work ethic is what sets me apart from others.
