As a Business Analyst II embedded within the Distribution team, I serve as the Product Owner for agile software development teams focused on enhancing Expeditors’ proprietary Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), deployed globally across our branch offices. Working in a SAFe Lean-Agile environment, I bridge business stakeholders with technical teams to deliver scalable, high-value supply chain solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Lead backlog grooming, feature prioritization, and user story development aligned with the product roadmap and stakeholder needs.• Define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring that deliverables meet both technical standards and business outcomes.• Act as the voice of the customer, guiding development based on operational needs and end-user feedback.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, business units, and other Product Owners to drive integrated releases and resolve interdependencies.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, participate in PI planning, and ensure consistent progress towards sprint goals.• Leverage data analysis and domain expertise in logistics and distribution to inform decision-making and solution design.Focus Areas:Warehouse Management Systems, Supply Chain Optimization, Product Ownership, Requirements Elicitation, Cross-functional Collaboration, Software Development Lifecycle
