Celebrating four decades as a fnb entrepreneur and counting, my journey has been a remarkable blend of passion, perseverance and innovation in the fast-paced world of ready-to-cook foods.Sooper foods was started by my parents in 1982.I\'ve been privileged to witness the changing trends and dynamics of the Indian consumer.Convenience foods was an emerging market back then, in the 80s.The role of the traditional Indian woman was undergoing a metamorphosis.Our society and economy had started accepting women as co-workers in the main stream.Our desi-girls now had less time but had more disposable income and independence.I joined Sooper foods the day I finished writing the last exam of my tenth grade. Sooper foods was the first school where I learnt everything I know today about entrepreneurship, leadership and this industry.My expertise into the ready-to-cook foods sector was fueled by a vision to provide not just convenience but hygienic and quality products at reasonable prices.Embracing the challenges of an ever-evolving market, I\'ve navigated shifts in consumer preferences, culinary trends, and technological advancements. This adaptability has not only kept Sooper foods relevant but has also redefined the way we approach the business.Collaborating with hotels, restaurants and caterers we have successfully introduced innovative ready-to-cook products that cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been witnessing the positive response from our customers on our ready-to-cook solutions which are Sooper fast and Sooper easy to make!As a seasoned entrepreneur, I am enthusiastic about the future of the ready-to-cook foods market.Looking ahead, I\'m excited about the possibilities that the next decade holds for Sooper foods.Ready to embark on new ventures, collaborations, and leadership challenges, I remain dedicated to reshaping the landscape of the ready-to-cook foods industry and contributing in making India, the \"food bowl of the world\" soon!
