With a deep appreciation for both numbers and people, I enjoy finding creative solutions that balance financial insight with human impact. I’m Milagros Ortega, a Finance student at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, where I’m exploring how strategy, numbers, and teamwork come together to create meaningful impact.I’ve always been drawn to problem-solving and helping others find better ways to work which is what inspired my interest in management consulting. Through my experiences at Rem on Campus, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with small businesses, analyze their operations, and develop actionable strategies that drive real growth.On campus, I love getting involved in the UF community. As Vice President of Corporate Relations for the Business College Council, I connect students with corporate partners and help organize events that prepare my peers for their future careers. I’m also a Teaching Assistant and a volunteer at the Early Childhood Collaboratory, which have both taught me the value of mentorship, patience, and adaptability.Outside the classroom, I enjoy staying active, learning from new challenges, and surrounding myself with people who inspire me to grow. I’m currently open to Financial Analyst and Consulting Intern roles and am always eager to learn, collaborate, and make a difference.
