My academic journey began with a deep immersion in Mathematics. For nearly a decade, my focus was Pure Mathematics, culminating in a Silver medal at the International Mathematics Olympiad and Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degrees. A transformative chapter began in grad school as I pivoted to Statistics for my PhD, a shift that provided broad opportunities to apply statistical principles across diverse fields. My studies at Columbia University specifically broadened my expertise into areas such as signal processing and biostatistics, fostering strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills with scientists and engineers. Subsequently, I joined Stanford University as a Postdoctoral researcher, gaining the unique opportunity to work with David Donoho. My research has consistently focused on cutting-edge theoretical statistics, including high-dimensional statistics, random matrix theory, and compressed sensing, resulting in multiple publications in prominent venues such as Transactions on Information Theory.Building on my foundational skills, I made a deliberate transition to the tech industry, driven by a desire to apply my knowledge directly to real-world challenges and contribute to impactful, innovative solutions. Currently, I serve as a Software Engineer at YouTube Ads, Google, a role that provides an ideal platform to apply my statistical and mathematical expertise to real-world impact. In this capacity, I operate as a full-stack data science engineer, primarily focused on enhancing ad quality through the analysis of user activity history. My contributions span the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualizing abstract mathematical ideas to developing them into robust, production-ready solutions meeting Google\'s rigorous standards.For Recruiters:At the moment, I would consider positions at Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Hulu Ads seriously.
