IOID\'s Contracts Department is situated at the HQ in Tehran and is responsible for handling all contracts which have been awarded to subsidiaries and contractors at all offices and project sites including: More than 300 machinery contracts ranging from light vehicles to heavy cranes More than 100 contracts with Construction contractors, Maintenance service providers, IT service providers, Technical Inspection contractors, and Catering service providers, ranging from 10K$ to 4M$ My role includes: Managing and Supervising a team of 5 experts including 2 seniors in HQ and 3 coordinators at project sites Supervise crafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions. Supervise maintaining records for correspondence and documentation about established contracts and those in progress Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension, or renewal according to what is best for the Company Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the Company itself Supervise the receipt of contract-related guarantees for contractors to establish the contract Supervise reviewing, assessment, and approval of contractors’ invoices from the contractual point of view Monitoring Company and Contractors’ contractual commitments Claim Management Monitoring Contractors’ delays Supervising the performance of the Contractors during and at the end of the contracts Attending periodic meetings of the transactions committee Constant monitoring of the performance of the department employees and reporting to senior management
