This involves obtaining client agreement on any associated risks with proposed solutions and producing detailed written guidance notes for clear direction.Account Management: By developing a deep understanding of the environments and cultures of the clients I serve, I ensure high satisfaction levels through effective account management, anticipating client needs, and exceeding their expectations.Team Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for HR Consultants, I provide mentorship and support, especially regarding technical HR service provision questions, ensuring high-quality client delivery.Process Improvement: I constantly seek to enhance our service delivery through feedback on and improvement of our templates, materials, and documentation.Marketing Contribution: Contributing to marketing efforts, I engage in producing relevant blog posts, seeking client feedback for marketing use, identifying case study opportunities, and maintaining an active and positive presence on social media in line with our brand.Sales Contribution: Participating in sales activities under the guidance of the Commercial Director, I also contribute to the design of innovative HR services and solutions.
