Curious, creative, chaotic, and deeply passionate leader in the Retail & Visual Merchandising Industry with 20 years in the field. I am currently enrolled at JWU in the Fashion Merchandising program - expected graduation date of August 2026. I am super effin proud of myself for being brave and taking a chance on me this time.My brain is wired different than yours, guaranteed. Autistic ADHD-er over here, which makes for a meticulously planned and routinely predictable, unpredictable, impulsive, stimulating, adventurous, playful, inquisitive, honest, strange, exciting, emotional, and sometimes repetitive work environment.I am motivated by puzzles, texture, emotion, truth, thinking, learning, researching, and wandering barefoot into places I\'ve never been before. And burgers.I consider myself an expert at not being an expert. Let me explain. I LOVE to learn new things about new things and things I already know a lot about. I have many hobbies, all of which are rooted in expressing something. I learn fast because my brain moves fast, all the time, no control over that or when the motivation goes away, so I take full advantage of moments where my brains are in full alignment with one another.When I am working on things I am passionate about - it shows in every possible way and rays of sunshine are perpetually coming out of my behind. However, when I am working on stuff I am less passionate about, the work will still be top shelf because that is who I am - but it won\'t be as engaging for me and I am probably complaining about you behind your back to my cat.I am forever an advocate of asking questions to get clarification, not telling someone how they feel about something, and that \"I\'m sorry you feel that way\" is a trash sentence. Respect, flexible communication, and accountability are, in my opinion, the true foundation of any successful relationships. Again, that whole \"brains are different\" thing.To sum up - If you\'re working with me, it will be a weird, honest, and beautiful adventure. We will work together to make magic.
