   Project Manager for implementation of the County of Maui Stormwater Management Program. • Prepared the MS4 Stormwater Management Plan and MS4 permit renewal for the County of Maui and 2 airports.• Implemented a construction site runoff control and post-construction runoff control program, including Construction BMP Manual development, plan reviews for environmental compliance, and standard BMP specification development for County projects.• Implemented an IDDE program, including IDDE ordinance development, storm drainage system asset inspections for illicit discharges, and storm drainage system asset database management.• Prepared and updated SPCC Plans for 7 County facilities and 8 airports. • Implemented a robust public outreach and engagement program, including Adopt A Street pilot program development.• Produced Annual Reports demonstrating compliance with MS4 permits.• Project Engineer supporting the Environmental Engineering and Compliance Support program contract providing DOT Airports with “as needed” environmental compliance support at 15 State airports. • Reviewed construction design plans and submittals, contractor document submittals, and BMP inspection reports and provided guidance and technical support to inspectors for compliance with the NPDES construction general permit and DOTA stormwater regulations for all projects across 15 State airports. • Revamped the DOTA Construction BMP Manual, Post-construction BMP Manual, and Environmental Requirements for Construction Projects SOP.• Project manager in charge of developing BMPs for Lahaina Town following the Lahaina wildfire. • Project manager for efforts to develop construction and industrial NPDES permits to support USACE in their debris removal efforts following the Lahaina wildfire. • Developed a System-Wide Improvement Framework (SWIF) document that lays out the steps the County will take to address private encroachments and to bring the Iao flood control project into compliance.
