May 2022 - Present:As the UX lead, I assist in developing intellectual property (IP) and commercial software solutions for CGI’s day-to-day operations. My responsibilities involve crafting UX strategies for products and applications, ensuring consistency across IP solutions, project management for UX design solutions, and mentoring a team of User Experience designers, front-end developers, and copywriters. I oversee the delivery of low/high-fidelity user-centered design interfaces and prototypes.Oct 2019 - April 2022:During this period, I supported the Marine Corps Prepositioning Information Center (MCPIC) and the USPTO User Experience Branch (UXB) in implementing UX strategies for the MCPIC 2.0 application suite and various USPTO business units, including Patents, Trademarks, and Internal Systems. My responsibilities included UX strategies, information architecture, wireframes, low/high-fidelity user interface mock-ups, prototypes, user personas, usage scenarios, and usability testing. Additionally, I collaborated with both front-end and back-end developers to transform wireframes and design mock-ups into fully functioning and responsive layouts.
