Responsibilities: Sector: Private Finance Initiative (PFI) Market: Health • Infrastructure asset management within the built environment – value £450m• Delivery of, and compliance with, all obligations of the Project Agreement, Project finance documents and associated contract documents on behalf of the Project Company. • Strategic, senior stakeholder relationship - Effective liaison with the Board of Investors, Funders, Clients and key Contractors.• Managing interfaces between Project Company’s parties and the Client through formal liaison arrangements or informally as required, and facilitate resolution of any contractual matters, challenges and disputes.• Managing performance and the delivery of a key contractor (Facilities Management / Hard Service) and other sub-contractors.• Development and implementation of the retail strategy (market analysis and review, identification of requirements, commercial negotiations, performance review)• Project Management of core and not core contract deliverables including capital works. Planning, risk, quality management, project review and lessons learnt.• Ensuring that all key Contractors Service provide evidence of contractual compliance with regard to all matters (Paymech mechanism, performance against KPIs, the Client’s policies and procedures and statutory and legal obligations, including Health and Safety law, Insurance and Employment regulations).• Identification and management of all aspects of PFI risks. Achievements:• Delivery of Business Continuity Plan and alternative delivery models following the collapse of Carillion Plc / Remobilisation of the SPV and FM Company. • Project management and optimisation of key delivery processes (performance monitoring, variations and capital works management, insurance, retail delivery)
