ABOUT MIKHAIL KALININ
I have 26 years experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations. I worked with multinational companies such as Colgate-Palmolive, Benckiser, Frito Lay, 3M and with Russian companies. I managed to build and put into operation five plants from zero level, develop teams which delivered expected results. During my work I managed to learn and implement KPI\'s systems, 6 Sigma, Lean Production approaches which helped to significantly increase productivity, quality and reduce costs. I believe that Lean thinking should change Russian companies from poor productivity to world class performance.And I will try to make this happen as soon as possible.Specialties: Setting up supply chain operations from zero level, team building and setting SMART goals for the team in order to reach company\'s goals, establishing effective management by implementing Lean Six Sigma approach. Develop operations systems to World class performance.
