I am in charge of the frontend platform team, which comprises four engineers. The team is responsible for the following tasks- It is responsible for overseeing the core frontend architecture of the company- Establishing a design system foundation that is not tied to any particular framework to create reusable components for frontend applications and provide a distinctive brand for the organization- Developing cross-application libraries that standardize and simplify common solutions across all applications- Creating documentation of best practices and providing guidance to teams that are aligned with the organization\'s goals. I\'m leading a team of four engineers who are working on the following tasks as part of the developer and QA experience team- Developing the company\'s developer portal, which serves as a centralized repository for storing and displaying all relevant information about the software- Preparing engineering onboarding materials and sessions to ensure that new developers are effectively integrated into the development process- Creating an inner open-source framework to facilitate collaboration and improve code quality- Developing a creation/management tool to enable syncing and updating of multiple repositories- Managing the testing strategy and approaches of the company. In my role as a manager, I have been involved in the following tasks- Establishing the company\'s hiring pipeline- Serving as a hiring manager to oversee the recruitment process- Working with team members to support their career growth and development- Participating in project management and planning sessions with technical leadership- Developing the team\'s technical direction to align with the company\'s goals- Organizing and conducting technical events such as sennder Tech Talks (a round table show), technical workshops, and hackathons.
