Part of the main Customer Experience team in Corebridge and the Data Scientist heading the NLP/GenAI projects. Primary work is in creating accurate Encoder-Transformer models that classify which topics certain text survey data aligns to. Also working on Dynamic Topic Modelling which involves clustering text data and assessing how close it is to already known labelled data and tracking that volume, as well as finding new topics which have business relevance. Leveraging open source large language models to perform accurate summarization of call transcripts and to perform RAG on survey/transcript text data.
