UnaFinancial is a group of fintech companies operating in many countries, offering a diverse range of financial services online such as POS, BNPL, IL and PDL.In my current role I am leading the development of an SSR app that provides PDL, POS and IL services to users. This application is not only a well-functioning fintech platform but also serves as the pilot version of a global digital platform that will underpin future projects of the company. My responsibilities include:– Collaborating closely with a diverse team of 25 professionals (15 in the product team and 10 more in the core team).– Management all frontend processes in a large-scale enterprise project, including overseeing releases and implementing new features. I have successfully established a consistent and transparent release process.– Facilitating retrospectives for the team to ensure continuous improvement and efficient workflows.
