My work sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution: translating insights into decisions, decisions into action, and action into measurable growth.A defining moment for me early in my career: a strategic role at Chick-fil-A initially screened me out. I asked for one conversation with the hiring manager, earned the offer, and the recruiting team later told me they changed their screening process because of that interview. That experience shaped how I lead — bring value to the table, create clarity where there is none, and never wait to be chosen.I enjoy collaborating with senior leaders, simplifying complexity, and building momentum across teams.My goal is to continue growing into roles where strategy, execution, and leadership intersect.
