ArtsGroupie is an innovative arts and heritage organisation recognised for its community-focused initiatives. My work as Co-Director spans project management, fundraising, marketing, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) advocacy, leveraging creativity and strategy to deliver high-impact cultural projects that empower marginalised communities.Leadership & Strategy- Overseen operations and strategic growth of ArtsGroupie CIC- Chaired EDI strategy groups and deliver training to organisations across arts, housing, and hospitality sectors, focusing on neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and gender identity- Partnered with stakeholders, built customer relationships, and grown ArtsGroupie\'s portfolio. Project Development & Fundraising- Secured over in funding from Arts Council England, Royal Society of Literature, and other notable funders- Designed and delivered high-quality community projects, including original theatre productions, music initiatives, and educational programs for disadvantaged groups, including children with ADHD and autism, refugees, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those with lived experience of the criminal justice system- Created and curated Lights Up on Liverpool, an upcoming exhibition celebrating Liverpool\'s theatre heritage, which opened in 2024 at the Hornby Library.Creative & Marketing- Created and led Mersey Trails, a heritage walking tour initiative, covering Liverpool’s links to the Confederate States and celebrating its rich music history with a focus on Black artists’ contributions to contemporary genres- Developed marketing campaigns, including website copy, posters, press releases, and programmes content, ensuring the accessibility and reach of projects- Guest lecturer and workshop leader for Creative Writing students and professionals, delivering training on storytelling and cultural understanding.
