   Supporting clients in nuclear energy, energy transformation, AI, and data center development.• Nuclear expert for massive nuclear energy hybrid data center complex in central Texas comprising eight nuclear units and a total of 11 gigawatts of dissipation. Analyzed nuclear risks along three axes: two nuclear power technologies, and a legacy nuclear site. Advised client on key risks for additional focus, diligence, and decision support.• Helped nuclear AI engine in indexing and training on nuclear data assets. • Reviewed siting of data center near a decommissioned nuclear facility and supported hyperscale operator on go / no-go decision for $1.3 billion investment. • Supported property owner in developing and characterizing a brownfield property for use as data center. Worked with utility to secure 40 MW current power commit, with ramp to 300 MW. Drove financial, model and negotiating with county for property tax concessions. Utility made public announcement of intent to build SMR 0.6 mi from subject site. Helped property owner secure two site acquisition offers.• Helped steel foundry owner evaluate technology to synthesize foundry coke as a by-product of hydrogen production. Successfully evolving the production of this material, critical for foundry operations, holds the potential to enable the owner to substantially reduce carbon footprint.• Supporting initiative by former SpaceX engineer in seed stage venture pursuing development of offshore power including micro- and SMR nuclear facilities, and geothermal. Supported acquisition of $5 M seed investment.
