Launching and developing a new web site for customer on-boarding across a range of cloud based industrial SaaS solutions. The role includes researching, writing and production of onboarding videos (using Camtasia) to support cloud administrators and end-users setting up virtual desktop environments. Also shaping and improving the website, determining the optimum experience and working with stakeholders and using analytics to drive updates. Work also includes testing and implementation of AI content tools, improving text to voice and transcription capabilities across the team.
