Views are my own and do not represent my current or former employers.I began my career as an engineer in the technology and semiconductor industry, spending over a decade with organizations such as Philips Semiconductor (now NXP), Jabil, Allied Electronics, and Orient Taiwan Semiconductor, where I built a strong foundation in electronics, manufacturing, and technical discipline.I later transitioned into the Aerospace & Defense industry, serving as an engineer and quality leader with companies including Collins Aerospace (RTX), Goodrich (United Technologies/ RTX), Esterline (now TransDigm), Encore Aerospace (now Boeing), Crane Aerospace & Electronics, ICON Aircraft and Essex Industries. With ~ 8 years within RTX business. My exposure to engineering and manufacturing began much earlier—at ten years old—through my father, a chemical engineer, operations manager and lawyer for a family owned sugar milling company in the Philippines. That early experience shaped my respect for process, people, and disciplined execution.Today, I bring 30 years of experience in manufacturing, quality and engineering across Aerospace, Defense, Electromechanical, and Electronics Industry. Throughout my career, I’ve led enterprise-level transformations that materially improved profitability, operational performance, and organizational capability across Fortune 500 company, mid-sized firms, venture capital, private-equity-backed organizations, and startups. I’ve built systems and teams from the ground up, modernized legacy operations, and established new organizations entirely from scratch—leading functions spanning Engineering, Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality, Compliance, and Operations.As a technical leader with strong financial acumen, I’ve also helped launch three companies—two in Aerospace and one in Electronics/Semiconductors.Since 2010, my focus has been on organizational transformation and process excellence, serving as a culture carrier and change agent while mentoring and developing the next generation of engineers, leaders, and problem-solvers.My goal the next 20 years is help build something that will change the world applying my engineering and manufacturing experience.
