   I am leading a global Software Engineering Team located in the US, India and Mexico supporting Cardinal Health\'s 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) services Healthcare Business, 250 drug manufactures that generate 45 Billion Dollars in product pass through per year. As 3PL Software Engineering Manager, I am responsible for 24x7x365 global support for all Cardinal Health\'s 3rd Party Logistics systems and services focusing on run support Servicenow cases), defects and enhancement work using agile methodology while maintaining all vendor relationships, financials and budgeting. Major systems support includes Tecsys Elite (WMS, DMS, TMS and BMS), Iguana, Attunity, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, IMPRS (Return System), BACCS (Chargebacks), Samples Management System, and several custom.NET applications. Systems are supported by local IT, Enterprise Shared Services, Contractors, and Vendor Management including Tecsys and Tata Consulting (TCS). 90% of all applications have been migrated or developed in AWS and GCP. Maintain all systems and services (Technical and Financial) in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Mentor and train department staff on engineering projects; provide career development to team. Ensure the overall integrity of software build procedures and software configuration management practices using ITIL methodology. Manage and support daily proactive monitoring, EDI processing, data feeds, warehouse operations and logistics. Adopted software industry best-practices such as Agile methodology for use in the Healthcare industry. Review technical feasibility and work with team to develop timelines for product development. Direct development of team efforts to achieve team and product development goals, objectives and milestones.
