I’m a certified usability analyst and hold an MBA with a specialization in Design Thinking and Innovation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.Over the past six years, I’ve led a global team of 300 professionals across 14 countries, including two years based in Germany. I played a key role in developing a scalable delivery model and successfully implemented SAFe across my organization—driving agility, alignment, and measurable outcomes.I bring 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, including:3 years at BNSF, where I began shaping foundational architecture practices.6 years as Platform Head at Bayer, leading platform strategy and delivery across a global footprint.1 year as Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture at Perrigo, driving strategic alignment and architectural governance across the enterprise.My career began in operations at a major U.S. railroad, where I spent 12 years gaining a deep understanding of how things move and how value is delivered.
