   Lead the Supply Planning team with planning oversight of over $100 million in products manufactured from 3 different locations and sourced from 10+ resale and contract manufacturing partners - Key contributor in the S & OP process. Lead several meetings per month, starting at the pre-supply level with site personnel all the way up to Executive with the CEO in attendance. Design reports, track and react to KPI\'s, and prepare analysis and scenario planning- Developed and continue to maintain the company\'s Supply Planning tool for all products, allowing planners to plan production and purchase orders over a 17-month rolling horizon based on a forecast, routings and bill of materials- Design the inventory strategy for all products to achieve SPI\'s goal of exceeding customer expectations within storage, shelf-life, and working capital constraints- Collaborate with Finance to assist with annual budget creation. Communicate with Customer Service in the timely confirmation of customer orders. Align with site finite planners to ensure cohesion between Finite Production Schedule and the long-term Master Production Schedule. Consult with Product Managers to calibrate supply planning strategy to business strategy- Supply Plan for two manufacturing sites to identify, call-out, and prepare for long-term gaps between demand and supply- Active contributor in the company\'s upcoming new ERP implementation project.
