I\'m a strategic leader, gamer, and veteran advocate passionate about building communities that inspire purpose, connection, and innovation.With a unique background spanning both the military and entertainment industries, I\'ve had the privilege of leading large-scale programs that bring people together in powerful ways. One of the proudest achievements of my career has been founding Air Force Gaming and Space Force Gaming, the Department of the Air Force’s first-ever esports and gaming programs. What started as a grassroots idea turned into a global initiative, now connecting over service members, veterans, and their families around shared interests and culture.Currently, I serve as the Command First Sergeant at the United States Space Force\'s Space Training & Readiness Command, where I’m focused on the readiness, health, and morale of our personnel and their families. I advise senior leaders on everything from operational effectiveness to human-centered leadership, and I bring that same mindset to every project I lead, whether in uniform or in the digital space.I also founded and run the Creator League under the Space Force Association, a talent accelerator that empowers creators, coders, and designers through competitions in game and app development. It’s a place where innovation meets opportunity, and I’m incredibly proud of the community we’re building there.Beyond titles and missions, my core values are service, creativity, and connection. Whether I’m leading troops, mentoring young veterans, or organizing a tournament, I’m driven by the idea that when we come together with purpose, we can do extraordinary things.
