About Michael Louis
Originally from Canada (Saskatchewan), I have been working in California since 2016 as a Validation Engineer, and now as a Facilities Engineer.I have a Masters degree in Agricultural Economics. My thesis examined the effects on livestock trade with the US during a disease outbreak in Canada. Prior to graduate school, I worked on numerous research projects with professors and research associates in the department of Agricultural Economics (U of S). My undergraduate degree is in Computational Science, with a strong background in programming, databases and GIS (Geographic Information System) software. I am also an experienced lecturer, having developed and taught courses for GIS and MS Office.
