Over the past 25 years I have had the privilege of assisting many companies – including both Toronto and global operations – with their commercial real estate needs. What I bring to your side of the negotiating table is a wealth of experience, having completed over lease and sale transactions in my career, and a commitment to ensure that you leave with the deal that helps take your business forward. My clients say that my ability to keep my sense of humour (although my kids might disagree) during lengthy negotiations makes solving their commercial real estate requirements a more fun and enjoyable prospect. Outside of work, you will most likely find me in a gym or hockey rink with my three (not so young anymore) kids.
