I also oversee the financial aspect of our operation to ensure profitability along with compliance regarding Workers Compensation and Human Resources. I have implemented and rolled out a safety program to reduce the number of on the job injury claims. Overall, the safety of our team is the number one priority along with maintaining good relationships with our team, customers, and partners while continuing to grow our business.
