Over 40 years of extensive experience in the built environment and business administration with sound management and technical skills. Co-founder of Silcock Leedham Group developing the business from inception to an established SME with over 40 staff and operating world-wide with engineering centres in the UK and UAE establishing an office in Dubai and generating business with a solid reputation. Managed the successful sale of Silcock Leedham Group to RSK Group and the integration into the wider business with aligned reporting and change & transition management, modifying the internal team structure to encourage & develop people into new leadership roles. Now working part-time within RSK and independently providing experienced technical support, leadership guidance and business advice as well as acting as an Expert Witness and providing specialist engineering support particularly within the food industry, controlled environments, refrigeration and manufacturing facilities.
