With over 17 years of experience in logistics supply chain & warehousing, I am currently leading the logistics team as part of the central supply chain team at Infinigate Global Services, a leading value-added distributor of IT security solutions in Europe. I am responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics processes, optimizing the inventory and warehouse operations, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to our customers and partners. I have also successfully implemented several logistics and supply chain improvement projects, resulting in cost savings, efficiency gains, and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about finding innovative and sustainable ways to enhance the logistics and supply chain performance, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented teams across the organization.
