Hi, my name is Mike Shelah, in December I began my technology sales career. I also started to build and develop my skills in: Emotional Intelligence, sales strategy, leadership, networking, LinkedIn training, prospecting and public speaking. In 2011, I began to share those experiences as a consultant. I spend my time with people, helping them become better. I start as a leader within to help others find the leader in them and develop greatness.Currently, I serve as an \"Executive Relationship Manager\" for PNI-HCM in Rockville Maryland. In the Fall of 2025, PNI was acquired by isolved.

When I joined the Outback in 2024, I was at a point in my career that I need to do something that I really loved. The management team took me in and gave me a place to call home. Through my cancer treatment I received 100% love and support. Today I get to serve the people in the community that I call home. I love it.\"No rules, just right.\"
