I am a Development Practice Manager with over 25 years of technical experience in designing and delivering software systems in the commercial and financial marketplace. I have covered many business sectors including Banking, Health, Membership (profit and not for profit).I provide technical/personal leadership and direction for the development and consultancy teams (internal and external) across the business. I specialise in the Dynamic 365 CE space and have helped put together an in-house Centre of Excellence to support the business in its strategic vision to utilise the Dynamics platform for Customer Support, Sale and Marketing. This has included all the development practices and procedures including Dynamics CRM in an omni-channel development setup and deploying into a corporate-wide single instance. There is a lot of focus to setup an efficient delivery model with a heavy focus on the practices and procedures relating to Azure DevOps and Automated testing. This has been implemented and is being expanded on.
