   Successfully launched and oversaw outbound operations of the 5th largest warehouse in the world. 50k+ daily order lines,$1.5B in annual sales, 1.4M sqft LEED certified distribution center, 600+ employees.o Effectively managed 11 departments, 150 reporting employees, seven Supervisors. o During the facility’s startup, planned and executed servicing of a top-10 worldwide hospital system ($150M in LUM/JIT annual sales) o Strategized and implemented Lean Management (LM) tools to increase productivity and reduce labor spend. Partnered with engineering to grow the LM presence and plan future cost-savings initiatives- Successfully opened, managed, and efficiently consolidated a 300k sqft distribution center throughout the COVID19 pandemic.$200M+ in annual sales, 55 direct reports. o Partnered with VPs to implement and scale 3PL service offerings for national healthcare customer.o Identified, developed, and mentored operational leaders in the distribution center.o Maintained excellent relationships with customers, field sales, and corporate sales leadership. o Successfully consolidated the entire operation into a 1.4M sqft state-of-the-art facility in 2.5 days through expert coordination, communication, and innovative strategy- Managed Indianapolis distribution center for 3 months during leadership restructuring. Oversaw all operational aspects. 300K sqft facility, 100+ employees,$185M in annual sales- Selected for process improvement initiatives at multiple facilities in Midwest region. These long-term embedded consultations (9 months total) resulted in significant labor savings, reduced costs, and improved service/experience for customers.
