ABOUT MIKE SANDERS

A summary of my experience would be a span of 40 years in the trucking related industriesstarting in 1979 with the purchase of a tandem axle dump truck that I hauled asphalt with for a paving company, from there added road tractors, then added self contained mobile wash trucks to wash fleets of trucks with, from there in 1982 opened Heartland Truck Center, this dealership was an effort to develop a complete used truck dealership with sales, chrome and used / reconditioned parts showroom, body shop / mechanical shop, on site truck wash, truck / trailer driveaway service for dealers, a complete used truck dealership, in June 2004 I sold the dealership property and business. In an effort to stay busy I opened a small truck sales lot and office in Kansas City and my wife and I sold trucks and trailers from there this operation was Heartland Truck LLC. a Missouri Dealer, we operated this truck sales lot until we were blessed to have a good friend come and partner up with us in November of 2009 to create Heartland Truck & Equipment LLC. Since 2009 our company has experienced great things, our growth has amazed even me, we have been able to purchase our dealer location in Kansas City as of 2012 and as of September 2014 we were blessed to have had an opportunity to purchase another truck dealership All Truck Sales of Colorado Inc. in Greeley Co. and as of now I am there managing that new operation. Update as of 2016, I am back in Kansas City managing Heartland Truck & Equipment, as oftentimes things change and you must adopt to them, in returning to Heartland Truck & Equipment I have bought my partner out as of December 2019 and will again do all I can to push this business forward, grow sales, and create a positive business environment for all.
