ABOUT MIKE SANDERS

Business is fundamentally human. For more than twenty years, I’ve been building and scaling companies in education and technology—ventures that serve learners, support educators, and deliver impact beyond profits. My work has focused on walking alongside founders at the earliest stages, helping transform raw ideas into durable businesses, leading teams through growth and acquisitions, and mentoring mission-driven entrepreneurs.Throughout the journey, I\'ve learned (often the hard way) the simple beauty of \"willing the good of the other\" in all aspects of business—building around people, not just profit. Feeling the hug from a customer who finally felt seen as a person, not a transaction. Building products that solve real problems without exploiting needs. Watching team members flourish as their unique talents grow into recognized craft.It’s a simple principle. Difficult to practice.
