I help communities grow and meaningful missions reach more people.I’m a Co-Founder of Salles Group, LLC, a family-owned business group focused on building ventures in professional services, digital publishing, and specialty commerce. Our work includes LLC formation and compliance for entrepreneurs, local business media, and the development of a vintage and specialty auto business.I currently collaborate with WeKinnect Global, where we help businesses ensure their marketing, automation, and outreach translate into real leads, revenue, and long-term customer relationships.I’m also a Brand Ambassador supporting Veterans and Retired First Responders at Henry’s Home Horse & Human Sanctuary, a nonprofit dedicated to healing through the powerful connection between horses and humans. I support the mission by helping expand awareness and strengthen its long-term sustainability.Earlier in my career, I held senior roles in government, economic development, and international finance, including serving as Executive Assistant to Guatemala’s President and Mayor of Guatemala City, Álvaro Arzú Irigoyen, working with Invest in Guatemala to support foreign direct investment, and serving at the Central American Bank for Economic Integration. That background built my foundation in leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and disciplined execution — skills I now apply to business and nonprofit growth.At the core of everything I do is a simple set of values: faith in God, devotion to my family, and love of country.Those values guide how I work, how I serve, and how I build for the long term.Helping people, communities, and ideas grow in ways that last.
