As a technical leader, I have found that a team\'s overall success can be predicted as much by how they work together as by the ability of its members. I love planning at an architectural level, as well as breaking those architectural plans into deliverable milestones. I enjoy guiding and investing in developer and test tooling and automations, and when I get my hands dirty, these are the places I feel most at home. I think finding the right balance for a team of planning, delivering customer value, and investing in tech debt and tooling, is the foundation for a successful team.
