Conflicts only exist among those who care, and I specialize in embracing this group dynamic and channeling that energy toward achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. That’s because: To efficiently accomplish any strategy, all resources—fiscal, program, engagement, etc—must harmonize and work together. I make that happen, and I do it by earning trust and adding value. That’s why my proudest achievements came after getting the right people together at the right time to break down silos, unlock new potentials, and achieve strategic priorities. I am also able to use both qualitative analysis and data-driven approaches to identify disconnects between stated goals and articulated operations. Working with and among key stakeholders and decision-makers, I enjoy improving the alignments between articulated priorities and actual practices. In short, I love learning, can’t resist solving problems, and constantly sing the praises of others. My hope is to find an opportunity that taps into these strengths and lets me create measurable impacts and improvements.
