As a member of the OAK quality assurance team, I am validating product behaviour of new features from a user perspective and improving feature definitions by providing a QA perspective. The position involves communicating and promoting quality as a culture across the engineering, design and product functions.I am also responsible for exploratory testing of user-facing web apps, internal content creation tools and AI-enabled curricula and teaching resources.I Work in cross-functional and product-oriented squads with colleagues from across the organisation. As a member of the Oak Team, I contribute to the planning and culture of the organisation and support all work across the Product team.

ABOUT MIKE RITSON
As a Senior QA Analyst (ISTQB Certified with Agile & ITIL experience) in the web design industry, I worked with distributed internal project teams and external clients to research, design, build, test and deliver bespoke, large scale, multi-component web-based solutions for some of the world\'s biggest brands. From my educational studies and into my early career I always showed an interest in mathematics, science, technology and engineering. I believe these interests, combined with a naturally inquisitive mind, guided me into working with IT systems and within project teams as my career progressed. This work would often involve new work, with projects starting with a discovery and kick-off prior to development, but also improvements and amendments to current systems already in place.Since 2013 I worked within distributed project teams at Inviqa to research, design, build, test and deliver bespoke, large scale, multi-component web based solutions for some of the world\'s biggest brands.
