My philosophy is simple - technology should be an innovative enabler, not a barrier or a reactionary fix. Too many bad technology decisions are made on impulse and are not based on how they will affect process or the employees we support.Creating forward thinking and innovative technology direction starts with understanding the business and processes you\'re supporting. If you don\'t have a comprehensive understanding of what you\'re attempting to change, you\'ll fail in your efforts. Because of this focus over the past 18 years, I\'ve developed and implemented tactical and strategic technology plans that have cut spending while increasing service, productivity and profitability.The employees I manage are the key to a successful department.
