I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) who bridges the gap between product vision and execution. I lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that span technology, data, and operations across key lines of business, including Home Lending, Wealth Management, Auto, and Credit Card.As Product Manager, I am responsible for a cloud-native offer lifecycle platform built on AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, supporting enterprise-scale ingestion and real-time offer retrieval across multiple lines of business. I own the end-to-end product surface spanning data ingestion, offer state management, and downstream consumption via internal APIs powering branch and digital customer experiences.With a strong product mindset and a focus on delivering customer and business value, I guide programs from concept through launch — aligning stakeholders, managing interdependencies, and ensuring successful outcomes.
