Cyber Systems Security Engineering lead for the Tactical Strike Missiles (TSM) Line of Business within Lockheed MartinMissiles and Fire Control. Led cyber security and program protection activities on the different development andproduction programs within the Army Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office portfolioof programs, including the GMLRS, ER-GMLRS, ATACMS, and PrSM munitions, as well as the M142 HIMARS and M270MLRS launchers. Coordinated and managed cyber security related contractual activities and artifacts between thecompany, customer, and over a dozen different subcontractors and suppliers. Managed cyber security and RiskManagement Framework (RMF) related processes and procedures of all production related test equipment to ensurecompliance with Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements. Used DevOps processes and techniques to reduce thetime, resources, and personnel required to generate operating system cyber security compliant baselines, updates,and artifacts from a team to one part-time engineer- Led the planning, design, and development of cyber security related solutions across the program lifecycle- Generated and maintained program protection and other relevant Assessment and Authorization artifacts- Defined cyber security related processes and procedures for development and production environments- Coordinated cyber security risk assessment activities, including threat modeling and vulnerability analysis
