At Citizens Advice 1066 I manage projects relating to energy advice and energy efficiency in across East and West Sussex, with the goal of reducing fuel poverty, improving the health of households and cutting CO2 emissions. My work includes relationships with partners, project management, developing and delivering training on energy and fuel poverty, mentoring colleagues, public speaking, bid writing and technical assistance on energy-related matters for Citizens Advice colleagues across the region.

ABOUT MIKE PEPLER
Trained in Electronic Engineering and then Renewable Energy, I have 20 years\' experience in the sustainable energy and climate change sector. I am currently Head of Energy Partnerships at Citizens Advice 1066, where I build relationships with our partners and manage the delivery of energy advice projects across East Sussex. Outside of work, I\'m a trustee for Rother Responders, manage a small woodland to promote biodiversity and produce traditional woodland products, and publish videos on my YouTube channel (45k subscribers).
