We help leaders and teams acquire the skills, tools, and rules they need to Get Along & Do Good Work. Teams make things happen. The team\'s culture-how it Gets Along & Does the Work-makes the team. With a culture of excellence, startup teams are more likely to get funded, make a product buyers want, and scale organizations that last. Teams in established organizations are the workhorses of organizational success. Teams Excel is building a program of instruction on 1. Effective communication 2. Achieving clarity of purpose and vision in all activities, including the team\'s mission. Growing trust through respectful and responsible behavior. Managing conflict collaboratively, constructively, and creatively. Play and fun 6. Building intellectual capital. Making sound decisions. Crafting wise agreements. We feature small learning cohorts of 12 people with multiple live sessions that include games and simulations. The Teams Excel Academy includes a Master Class in each of the 8 disciplines, consisting of live interactive online practice sessions, videos, eBooks, Mike\'s Memo, and curated links to other resources that help teams grow their own cultures of excellence. New material coming soon. Teams Excel picks up where B-school left off.
