ABOUT MIKE PABIAN

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I built a name for myself in the world of business-to-business sales and corporate recruiting. With high-level experience in diverse sectors including government, non-profit, and oil and gas, my empathetic and consultative approach empowered my clients to thrive. This ability to connect with folks in-the-moment propelled me forward in my career. I have a passion for navigating complex situations and delivering results.My passion is all about helping people solve problems, and the transition from helping folks navigate the employment market to helping them navigate the housing landscape seemed like a natural progression - matching people with something they need. I approach each transaction with an inquisitive, curious, knowledgeable approach and unrelenting dedication, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for my clients.Outside of work, I am deeply involved in charitable endeavors, from volunteering at Edmonton\'s Food Bank to participating in and helping to plan international endurance cycling events. Recently, I\'ve been focused on raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society. I also support Canadian Blood Services and the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories; all causes which are close to my family.An avid cyclist, car enthusiast, and airshow aficionado, I balance my passions with family time, sharing adventures with his wife and their two beloved pugs Frank and Pickles.
