   As the Director of Technology and Development at Clarity Voice, I spearhead the strategic planning and execution of our technology initiatives. I manage our UCaaS cloud communications platform, tailoring software solutions to the needs of small and medium businesses. My role involves aligning the company\'s technology vision with resources and managing the technology infrastructure for our employees and customers. I work closely with our Founder and CEO and our COO, bridging the gap between technology and business operations. I oversee our remote, multi-site cloud platform delivering UCaaS services, the AWS infrastructure for our API and custom software, and the software managing our product and service delivery. I also supervise the corporate team\'s infrastructure, software, and help desk services. I drive alignment between departmental functions and company goals, develop project scopes, manage off-shore resources, and identify potential technology partners. I foster a culture of accountability, quality, agility, and operational excellence, and create training programs for new systems. I ensure IT systems and the team operate effectively within the company\'s budget, time, and specifications. I provide guidance on obsolete technology, ensure system documentation is current and accessible, and mentor the internal team on problem-solving and innovation.
